Raid Shadow Legends Relic Tier List

May 11, 2026 Posted by Inteleria Guides, New Player
Raid shadow legends relic tier list - inteleria

Relics are the most significant addition to champion customization in Teleria, offering a layer of passive power that functions independently of your six-piece Raid artifact sets. Overall, there are currently seven categories of relics (Standard, Chimera, Clan, Live Arena, Faction Wars, Grim Forest, and Event), each offering unique tactical advantages.

This page ranks every relic in the game with a clear explanation of why each one lands where it does, ensuring you never waste precious Starstones or Basalt on low-tier gear.

The best overall relics in Raid Shadow Legends are Lens of Intangibility, Stormcaller, and Infernal Polytope, mainly used on damage dealers and support champions in Live Arena, Hydra, and other endgame content.

Note: This relic tier list is organized by source category and rarity. It is updated monthly as new relics are added to the Forge and Event rotations.

What Are Relics in Raid Shadow Legends?

Relics are specialized equippable items that occupy a dedicated “Relic Slot” on your champion’s equipment screen. Unlike Raid Shadow Legends gear sets and artifact sets, which provide set bonuses like Speed or Lifesteal, relics provide a single powerful passive ability.

This ability scales as you upgrade the relic’s rank and level. They also provide primary stats (such as ATK, DEF, or HP) and can be significantly enhanced through the use of Gemstones.

Every relic comes with Gemstone Sockets (the number of which is determined by the relic’s rarity). Rare relics have one socket, Epics have two, Legendaries have three, and Mythical relics have four. These sockets come in different shapes (Circle, Square, Triangle, Diamond, and Pentagonal). Lastly, filling them with compatible Gemstones adds additional layers of stats or secondary effects to the wearer.

Crucially, relics are account-locked once obtained and champion-specific once equipped. While you can swap a relic from one champion to another by paying a Silver fee, you cannot trade them with other players. Relics are equippable items in Raid Shadow Legends that provide unique passive effects and stat bonuses beyond what standard artifact sets can offer. Unlike traditional gear sets Raid Shadow Legends players build around, relics add value through a single passive effect rather than through set bonuses.

How to Get Relics: All Sources Explained

The hunt for high-tier relics involves mastering almost every corner of Teleria. Here is where you can find them:

  • Standard Relics: Available through basic in-game progression, specifically as rewards from the Daily Login path and the Campaign.
  • Chimera Relics: Dropped from the Chimera Boss in the Doom Tower (and crafted in the Forge using Chimera materials).
  • Clan Relics: Earned through Clan Activity rewards and purchased directly from the Clan Shop using Clan Gold.
  • Live Arena Relics: Earned by climbing the Live Arena ranked progression tiers and opening Live Arena chests.
  • Faction Wars Relics: Obtained as milestone rewards for earning stars in Faction Wars or farming Stage 21.
  • Grim Forest Relics: Dropped from the Grim Forest dungeon, a rotating monthly challenge similar to Cursed City.
  • Event Relics: Time-limited rewards from Fusions, Forge Passes, and Special Events (e.g., Chaos Awakes or Alice’s Adventure).

Relic Tier System: How This List Works

To help you manage your Raid Shadow Legends gear tier list inventory, we have categorized every relic into six tiers based on its impact on the current meta:

  • SS Tier: Game-changing relics that can single-handedly shift the outcome of a fight. Best-in-slot for specific champion archetypes.
  • S Tier: Excellent relics that significantly improve champion performance. Strong choices for most players in high-level content.
  • A Tier: Solid relics that provide a noticeable boost. Worth using and upgrading when SS/S options are unavailable.
  • B Tier: Decent filler relics. Useful on the right champion but generally outclassed by more specialized options.
  • C Tier: Weak relics. Only worth equipping on lower-priority champions (like Faction Guardians) when nothing better is available.
  • D Tier: Not worth equipping. Use these as “food” to rank up higher-tier relics at the Forge.

Standard Relics Tier List

Standard relics form the foundation of most players’ builds early on. While they lack the flashy mechanics of Chimera or Event relics, their accessibility makes them essential for rounding out your roster.

The best standard relic for general use is the Wand of Submission because its ability to reflect crowd control (CC) debuffs is vital for Arena and high-level PvE.

Legendary & Mythical Standard Relics

Mythical Standard Relics

Volcardiac Heart
  • Rarity Tier: Mythical
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Earned via high-level Campaign milestones or periodic Daily Login rewards (Day 270+).
  • Relic Effect: When the wearer loses 25% of their MAX HP in a single hit, they gain a [Magma Shield] (reflects 100% of damage taken back to the attacker) for 2 turns. No cooldown.
  • Main Stat: HP / Secondary Stat: RES
  • Gemstone Slots: 4 (Circle, Square, Triangle, Pentagonal)
  • Best Champion Roles: HP-based Tanks, Solo Farmers, and Hydra Mischief Tanks.
  • Best Content: Hydra Clan Boss, Doom Tower Bosses (Borgoth), Arena Defense.
  • Champion Examples: Wixwell, Galathir, Titus.
  • Tier Placement: S Tier — It provides a near-infinite loop of damage reflection on tanky champions, making multi-hitters effectively kill themselves.
  • Caveats: The shield is separate from standard buffs and cannot be stripped by normal “Remove Buff” skills.
Hallowed Hilt
  • Rarity Tier: Mythical
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Standard crafting in the Forge or Mythical Relic Fragments from Events.
  • Relic Effect: Heals the wearer by 5% of their MAX HP whenever they use an active skill. If the wearer is at full HP, they gain a [Fervor] buff (stacking damage bonus).
  • Main Stat: Speed / Secondary Stat: HP
  • Gemstone Slots: 4 (Circle, Square, Triangle, Diamond)
  • Best Champion Roles: Speed Boosters and Healers.
  • Best Content: Live Arena, Fire Knight Hard, Hydra.
  • Champion Examples: Siphi the Lost Bride, Arbiter, Pythion.
  • Tier Placement: SS Tier — The raw Speed main stat, combined with a Diamond (Speed) gemstone slot, makes this the fastest item in the game.
  • Caveats: The Fervor buff only places if the heal triggers on a champion already at 100% HP.

Legendary Standard Relics

Aspect of Siroth
  • Rarity Tier: Legendary
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Clan Shop or High-level Faction Wars milestone rewards.
  • Relic Effect: If the wearer receives fatal damage, they consume 100% of their Turn Meter to survive with 1 HP instead.
  • Main Stat: RES / Secondary Stat: HP
  • Gemstone Slots: 3 (Circle, Square, Triangle)
  • Best Champion Roles: Arena Revivers and “Glass Cannon” Nukers.
  • Best Content: Arena Defense, Tag Team Arena.
  • Champion Examples: Duchess Lilitu, Rotos the Lost Groom, Ankora.
  • Tier Placement: S Tier — It acts as a built-in “Unkillable” proc that can stall a match long enough for a revive or a counter-nuke.
Wand of Submission
  • Rarity Tier: Legendary
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Crafting using legendary Starstones or earned via Doom Tower Secret Rooms.
  • Relic Effect: 25% chance to reflect [Stun], [Freeze], or [Sheep] back at the attacker when the wearer is targeted.
  • Main Stat: ACC / Secondary Stat: SPD
  • Gemstone Slots: 3 (Circle, Square, Triangle)
  • Best Champion Roles: High-Accuracy Debuffers and Arena Crowd-Controllers.
  • Best Content: Live Arena, Tag Team Arena.
  • Champion Examples: Armanz the Prophetic, Mithrala Lifebane, Kymar.
  • Tier Placement: SS Tier — It is the primary counter to the “Sheep” and “Stun” meta currently dominating the high-level Arena.

Epic Standard Relics

Gilded Dragonstone
  • Rarity Tier: Epic
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Regular Forge crafting using Epic materials.
  • Relic Effect: Increases the wearer’s DEF by 2% (up to 10%) every time they take a hit.
  • Main Stat: DEF / Secondary Stat: HP
  • Gemstone Slots: 2 (Circle, Square)

  • Best Content: Iron Twins, Hydra, Doom Tower Waves.
  • Champion Examples: Harima, Graazur Irongut, Staltus Dragonbane.
  • Tier Placement: A Tier — A solid choice for DEF-scaling damage dealers, effectively increasing their damage and survivability as the fight progresses.
Demonic Effigy
  • Rarity Tier: Epic
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Common drop from mid-tier Campaign and Dungeon stages (Stage 20+).
  • Relic Effect: When an ally dies, the wearer gains a 10% Turn Meter boost.
  • Main Stat: ATK / Secondary Stat: C. DMG
  • Gemstone Slots: 2 (Circle, Triangle)
  • Best Champion Roles: Clean-up Nukers or Revivers who need to take a turn immediately after a wipe.
  • Best Content: Classic Arena, Faction Wars.
  • Champion Examples: Georgid the Breaker, Freyja, Ragash.
  • Tier Placement: B Tier — Useful for shifting turn order in Arena, but too reactive for consistent PvE speed farming.
Golden Elixir
  • Rarity Tier: Epic
  • Source Category: Standard
  • How to Obtain: Common drop from Dungeons or Forge crafting.
  • Relic Effect: Heals the wearer for 15% of their MAX HP the first time they drop below 50% HP in a round.
  • Main Stat: HP / Secondary Stat: DEF
  • Gemstone Slots: 2 (Circle, Square)
  • Best Champion Roles: Soloing Champions and Progression Tanks.
  • Best Content: Scarab King (Doom Tower), Iron Twins, Solo Dragon farming.
  • Champion Examples: Artak, Vergis, Tagoar.
  • Tier Placement: A Tier — One of the best “progression” relics that allows champions to solo content they otherwise couldn’t survive.

Rare Standard Relics

Mask of Rage
  • Rarity Tier: Rare
  • Source Category: Standard
  • Relic Effect: Increases Damage dealt by 5% when the wearer is under [Enrage] or [Berserker] buffs.
  • Tier Placement: C Tier — Far too niche; only useful on a handful of Orc and Barbarian champions.
Unholy Grail
  • Rarity Tier: Rare
  • Source Category: Standard
  • Relic Effect: 10% chance to heal 5% HP on every hit dealt.
  • Tier Placement: C Tier — Proc chance is too low for reliability. Use primarily as food to rank up Epic/Legendary relics.
Journal of Necrotos
  • Rarity Tier: Rare
  • Source Category: Standard
  • Relic Effect: Increases RES by 5 for every alive ally (up to 20 RES).
  • Tier Placement: B Tier — Surprisingly effective for early-game players struggling to meet Resistance requirements for the Spider or Dragon.
Rod of Blasphemy
  • Rarity Tier: Rare
  • Source Category: Standard
  • Relic Effect: Increases the wearer’s Accuracy by 5% when attacking enemies under [Fear] or [True Fear].
  • Tier Placement: D Tier — Negligible stat boost that is contingent on specific debuffs; generally safe to sell or fodder.

Chimera Relics Tier List

The Chimera Boss is found in the high-level Secret Rooms of the Doom Tower. The Grim Forest is a specialized dungeon that rotates monthly and offers relics focused on high-precision combat and defensive penetration.

The best Chimera relic is Stormcaller, making it essential for AoE Damage Dealers in Arena Offense and Doom Tower Hard.

Mythical Chimera Relics

Stormcaller

  • Tier: SS
  • Effect: Each Critical Hit has a 20–100% chance to place a “Stormcall” stack. At 5 stacks, the stacks are consumed to place a [Stun] debuff on all enemies for 1 turn.
  • Best Use: High-speed, high-crit nukers.
  • Good On: Thor the Fathomless, Ninja, Trunda Giltmallet.
  • Why This Tier: It effectively gives your damage dealer a “Stun Set” passive without requiring the actual artifact set, allowing you to run Savage or Lethal sets instead.

Chimera’s Breath

  • Tier: S
  • Effect: Increases the wearer’s ATK by 10% for every [HP Burn] or [Poison] debuff active on the enemy team (up to 50%).
  • Best Use: Hydra Clan Boss / Spider’s Den.
  • Good On: Teodor the Savant, Artak, Michinaki.

Legendary & Epic Chimera Relics

  • Best Use: Damage-over-time (DoT) builds.

Event Relics Tier List

Event Raid Shadow Legends gear tier list relics are unique because they are often tied to a specific “Set” or thematic release. While many are time-limited, Plarium frequently re-introduces them through the Forge Pass or special Anniversary rotations.

The best overall event relic is Cat’s Gaze (from Alice’s Adventure), essential for High-HP Target Nuking in Hydra and Hard Spider.

Alice’s Adventure Event Relics

Cat’s Gaze (Legendary)

  • Effect: Deals bonus damage equal to 2% of the enemy’s MAX HP when attacking targets with more than 200,000 HP.

  • Tier: S
  • Effect: 15% chance to decrease the target’s Turn Meter by 10% whenever this champion deals damage (per hit).

  • Effect: Increases the strength of all [Shield] buffs placed by the wearer by 10%.
  • Good On: Brogni, Valkyrie, Wixwell.

  • Tier: B
  • Best Use: Early-game damage filler
  • Best Content: Campaign, early dungeons, Faction Wars

Gemstones: What They Are and Which Matter Most

Raid shadow legends relic tier list - inteleria

Gemstones are the “socketables” of the relic system. While you cannot change a relic’s passive, you can tailor its stats using these stones. Higher star-rank relics provide more slots.

Gemstone Slot Shapes & Functions

  • Circle: Offensive stats (ATK, C. Rate, C. DMG).
  • Triangle: Utility and Piercing (Accuracy, Ignore DEF, Ignore RES).
  • Square: Defensive stats (HP%, DEF%, Resistance).
  • Diamond: Utility Stats (Speed, Turn Meter resistance).
  • Pentagonal: Unique effects (Cooldown Refresh, Shielding).

Gemstone Tier Overview

  1. Crushing Malachite (Triangle – SS Tier): Provides 2–5% Ignore DEF. Essential for all nukers.
  2. Swift Citrine (Diamond – S Tier): Adds flat Speed (+2 to +6). Vital for turn-order tuning.
  3. Vicious Ruby (Circle – A Tier): Adds 5–10% Critical Damage. A massive DPS boost.

Where to Start: Best Relics for New Players

If you have just unlocked the relic system, your primary focus should be on Standard Relics and Clan Relics, as these are the most accessible. Therefore, start by equipping any Rare (Blue) Standard Relics that provide flat Attack or HP to help your starter champion clear Campaign stages faster.

Specifically, look for the Soldier’s Medallion for early damage or the Lifeblood Pendant for survivability. Also, avoid spending high-level gemstones on early 1-star or 2-star relics; save those resources for 5-star or 6-star pieces you find later.

The Clan Shop is the easiest place to guarantee a specific relic type early on. Relics like Journal of Necrotos provide easy Resistance boosts, which makes Standard and Clan sources especially useful early on.

Relic Tier List Changelog

  • 2026-03-26: Infernal Polytope remains SS Tier. Reason: Cooldown resets remain the strongest mechanic in the Live Arena meta.

  • 2026-03-15: Wand of Submission moved from S → SS. Reason: The rise of “Sheep” meta in Live Arena makes CC reflection mandatory.
  • 2026-01-12: Mind of Marquat moved from A → S. Reason: The prevalence of Stone Skin sets has made “Ignore Stone Skin” a top-tier utility.

Relics are a unique equipment type that occupies a separate slot from your six-piece Raid Shadow Legends artifact sets. While artifacts provide stats and set bonuses, relics offer a unique passive ability and specific gemstone sockets. Relics can be upgraded to 6 stars, but they are account-bound and cannot be traded between players.

What is the best relic in Raid Shadow Legends overall?

Currently, the Lens of Intangibility (Mythical) is considered the best overall relic for damage dealers due to its massive 30% Ignore DEF potential. For support champions, the Wand of Submission or Infernal Polytope are the top choices for their utility and ability to either reflect crowd control or reset skill cooldowns.

How do I get relics in Raid Shadow Legends?

Relics are obtained through several endgame activities, including farming the Chimera Boss in Doom Tower, progressing through Faction Wars, and competing in the Live Arena. You can also craft specific relics in the Forge using materials earned from these game modes or collect them as rewards from Daily Logins and the Grim Forest dungeon.

What do relic ranks do, and are they worth upgrading?

Relic ranks (1–6 stars) determine the maximum level of the relic and the strength of its primary stat and passive effect. Upgrading a relic to 6 stars is highly recommended for S and SS-tier pieces, as it significantly boosts the reliability of the passive ability, for example, increasing a proc chance from a mere 20% to a guaranteed 100%.

What are gemstone slots on relics, and which gemstones should I use?

Gemstone slots are sockets (Circle, Square, Triangle, etc.) where you can insert stones to add substats. For most players, Triangle (Ignore DEF) and Circle (Critical Damage) gemstones provide the most value for damage dealers. For support champions, Square (Resistance) or Diamond (Speed) gemstones are the priority to ensure they stay active and fast.

Are event relics still obtainable after their event ends?

Yes, but they are rare. Most event relics are eventually added to the Forge Pass “Past Seasons” shop or the Legacy Forge, though they require specific materials like Mythical Charms to craft. Collaboration-specific relics are much harder to find and typically only return during major anniversary celebrations.

Which relics should I prioritize as a beginner?

As a beginner, you should prioritize Standard Relics and Clan Relics. Standard relics like the Journal of Necrotos provide easy Resistance boosts, while the Clan Shop allows you to target-buy specific slots with Clan Gold. Don’t worry about Mythical Chimera relics until you can comfortably clear Doom Tower Normal and Faction Wars Stage 14.
