Raid Dungeon Drop Rates
Manibal and his crafty crew discovered drop rates for all sorts of cool things which he shared in a recently released video. In this article we’ll take a look at drop rates in Stage 20 of the dungeons (Spider, Fire Knight, Ice Golem, and Dragon). Let’s have a look at the data first:
- 5 star gear: 73% chance
- 6 star gear: 27% chance
- Rare gear: 67.5% chance
- Epic gear: 25% chance
- Legendary gear: 7.5% chance
Looking at these chances, we can compute the chances for each combination of gear level and rarity, which are as follows:
This shows us that we have a 2% chance of landing the coveted 6* Legendary (that’s 1 in 50 runs – note that it takes 800 energy to cover 50 runs…) and a 49.3% chance of the sellable 5* Rares. Yep, sure is tough to get the good stuff in Raid!
Also, we now know the exact expected points / drop for a dungeon tournament when farming Level 20. Drumroll please… 17.9! This means that for 16 energy you’re expected to get 17.9 points. So if the top individual reward in a tournament is 2750 (as it often is), you can expect that’ll cost you 2458 energy (2750 / 17.9 * 16). Looking at it a different way, that’s a 1.12 point / energy output.
