Grinner is a strong rare support from the Undead Hordes. Here’s why he’s worth your time early on.

• A1: Bile – Single target attack with a 25% chance to give a 50% Attack buff to allies for 2 turns
• A2: Shock – AoE attack with a 20% chance to remove one random buff from each enemy
• A3: Unbury – Revives an ally with 50% HP and gives a 2-turn Shield equal to 20% of their max HP
• Aura – +30 Resistance in Faction Crypts

How to Build Grinner

• Skill books: Prioritize maxing all skills – especially A3
• Artifacts: Focus on survivability early; transition to higher speed (250+) for late-game Faction Wars
• Use case: Great early-game support. Use him in dungeons and Clan Boss until you get stronger revivers

Bulwark — Debuff Extender and HP Burner

Bulwark is a Dark Dwarf tank who plays well in Clan Boss teams thanks to his passive and HP Burn.

• A2: Meteoric Ignition – Attacks 1 enemy, 75% chance to place HP Burn for 2 turns (goes up to 100% when booked)
• Passive: Punishing Defenses – 30% chance to extend debuffs on the attacker by 1 turn
• Aura – Increases ally DEF in all battles by 17%

How to Build Bulwark

• Skill books: Max A2 first, then A1 if you have extras
• Artifacts: Focus on high Accuracy, HP, and extra turn or speed sets
• Use case:
  • Best in Clan Boss for extending debuffs and landing burns
  • Less effective in dungeons but still helpful
• Masteries:
  • Support path: Go toward Eagle Eye for max accuracy
  • Defense path: For durability
  • If you hit 300+ Accuracy through gear, you can go for Warmaster
• Blessings to consider:
  • Hero’s Soul
  • Survival Instinct

Bulwark won’t carry your team alone, but he’s reliable and plays an essential role early on.

How to Build Your Starter Team

Here’s a simple formula:

1. Damage Dealer – Your main hitter
2. Debuffer – For Weaken, Decrease DEF, etc.
3. Turn Meter Filler – Helps control the pace
4. Support / Reviver – Grinner is ideal here
5. Burner / Debuff Extender – Bulwark fits this slot
